Lemon Bamboo Salt Water

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml Warm water (as warm as you like)
  • ¼ tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tbsp PBS drinking bamboo salt

Instructions:

Pour the warm water into a glass

Squeeze the lemon juice into the water

3.

Add bamboo salt and stir well

4.

Note for You:

Optional: Add a small scoop of chia seed. They add a bit of fiber.

Optional: Add more bamboo salt (half or 1 sachet) if you like it to be salty.
