Conditions for Refund

  • We offer 7 day No Question Asked Refund policy. To claim this an email needs to be sent within 7 days of receiving the product to hello@yourpurplelife.com
  • The courier charges for return will be borne by the buyer.
  • Edible products do not classify for refund if 
    • The product packaging has been opened
    • The product has been used opened.
    • The product matches the features and quality mentioned on our website. As with all products some qualities are considered to be normal and may not be explicitly mentioned.
  • Refund process will take within 7-14 working days.
  • No refund or order cancellation on all sale and promotional products or issue for example on situations: change of mind, you just don’t like the products, want to entitle for other promotion campaign or you have forgotten to insert discount code. But, we are willing to help on you on exchanging products with similar price or change delivery date.
  • The product(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within one week of receiving it.
  • In all cases, products returned must be in their original condition, with its original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for all Delivery costs if youpurplelife.com is not at fault.

Delivery

  • We provide free delivery for all orders across Malaysia.
  • Delivery Service for each order is only limited to 1(ONE) Trip 
  • Delivery Lead Time is Within 3-7/10-14 Days. 
    • The entire 3-7/10-14 days Lead time included packaging and arrangement. Once it is ready to be delivered, it will be delivered on the day
    • We do not provide tracking number at the moment but you can always reach out to our FacebookInstagram or Whatsapp customer service to enquire regarding your order status.
