Strawberry Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  • ½ tbsp Teaspoon PBS drinking bamboo salt
  • 2/3 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ Cups Whole milk
  • ½ Cup Peanut butter
  • 1 Cup Instant oats
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Cup Diced strawberries
  • ¼ Cup Chopped peanuts


Heat milk until warm (below a simmer) in a small pot. Remove from heat and whisk in peanut butter until fully combined.
Add oats to a dish and pour warm milk mixture over oats.
Add chia seeds, bamboo salt and raisins to oat mixture and mix.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
After oats soak overnight, fold in yogurt. Top serving with strawberries and peanuts. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy each flavour in every bite.
Note for You: Optional: Replace milk with your favourite dairy substitute.Optional: Add some raisins for better taste.If the texture is too thick, feel free to add in more milk until the desired texture is achieved.
